Call for Proposals¶

Speaking at Write the Docs is a fantastic way to share your ideas with our inspiring community of documentarians.

We’re all looking forward to seeing you on stage in-person in Europe again. Like last year we’re also opening up a few talk slots for pre-recorded videos for remote speakers, so if you can’t make it to Berlin on Sep 6-8, 2026 you can still submit your proposal.

We encourage you to read the call carefully, to improve your chances of being accepted. In particular, see our notes about AI-centered proposals.

The Call for Proposals will be open until 11:59 PM June 01, 2026 CEST.
